Student-athletes (and parents) spend time, money, and energy to build and strengthen the physical skills needed to compete the best they can. Often the mental side of the game is an afterthought.
MACCG's focus is providing student-athletes the tools and information needed to train their mental strength and performance skills in a repeatable and sustainable way.
Using the skills covered in MACCG's mental strength coaching empowers student-athletes to grow in their self-awareness and self-regulation. This WILL allow them to overcome obstacles and barriers to achieve success in and out of the game.
Student-athletes or teams that are looking to learn how to build and sustain an elite mindset, boost their performance (in school and their sport), grow leadership skills, increase in toughness and resilience, and overcome fear of failure are just a few outcomes of those that enroll in this leadership and mental performance coaching.
