The credentialing body, Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP), has specific requirements they have established to earn any of the three certifications. Establishing a minimum standard of education and/or experience adds value to the knowledge gained by earning the certification.
The certification is valid for three years from the date you pass the exam. Applicants are required to schedule and attend the RBLP, RBLP-C, or RBLP-T certification course conducted via video conference and pay the re-certification course fee (currently, RBLP - $95, RBLP-C - $145, and RBLP-T - $195) in order to keep their certification current.
If you are qualified to earn the next level of certification ( e.g. RBLP to RBLP-C) you must take the RBLP-C course and take the RBLP-C certification exam. The exam administrator will test your understanding on RBLP and RBLP-C content. The same applies when moving up from an RBLP-C certification level to RBLP-T certification.
You can still get the training and would encouraged to sit for the exam as soon as you were eligible.
Clients have the choice of one-on-one or small group facilitated coaching. Either of those options may be virtual or face-to-face. One-on-one sessions will be approximately one hour in length and will not be done consecutively in one sitting. Small group facilitated discussion will also broken up into slightly longer coaching sessions. In-person/face-to-face small groups can be done as a workshop.
No it does not. Nothing will be charged until the client has decided to act and start down the path to building resilient teams.
