The Ship's Wheel
The ships wheel is used to steer a vessel and control its course.
When steering a ship, even small course changes ultimately result in big changes. Just as even small changes in what we do or how we think every day will lead to huge changes in our life, our career, or our organization.
We use it as a symbol, and a reminder, that we are in control of steering and controlling the course of our careers and our lives.
